Driving intensive courses are becoming more popular with people who do not want to spread the learning process over several months. The course will start with an assessment lesson, where the driving instructor will assess the ability of the pupil and advise on the best course for you.

Intensive driving courses don't suit everyone; it suits those that can't get a regular evening or weekend gap in their week, and those that can take a week off work. If you have had previous driving experience, this type of course could benefit you. You need to be someone who can take in lots of information over a short period of time and be able to maintain concentration, to make full use of intensive courses.

It doesn't necessarily suit those that are slightly nervous or timid, and need to take more time over the information and skills that they are learning.

You need to be honest to yourself, maybe weekly driving lessons would suit you more?
